Turkey Breast - Lunch Meat
This is a quick and easy recipe, and like many recipes we share, it is easy to customize to your own tastes and preferences! Use this and our naturally cured deli ham as replacements to other lunch meats so that you always know where it came from and what is in it!

Ingredients

  • (1) Turkey Breast
  • (1 Tbsp.) Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Garlic Powder
  • Paprika

Directions

Thaw turkey breast completely and place in glass baking pan. Preheat oven to 365 degrees. Brush the breast with olive oil and sprinkle with spices as desired. The olive oil should help hold the spices. You can use any spices, seasonings, rubs, and herbs you like. Get creative and make it your own! Bake in preheated oven for 90 minutes. Let turkey breast cool completely before slicing. Refrigerate and enjoy!
